FAQ

01. How do we book you for the wedding?

Fill out a "contact me" form on my website and I will email you my brochure. I will be in contact with you about your vision and what best suits your needs. Bookings are not official until the contract is signed and the deposit paid.

 

02. Do you travel for destination weddings?

 

Absolutely! Clients will typically cover my travel and hotel expenses. As a "thank you" for fulfilling my traveling dreams, I will give you 10% off your entire package for any destination bookings.

 

03. do you offer film?

 

Yes, I offer film images for all of my wedding packages and as an add-on for all other photoshoots. I use a 35mm camera and will send clients digital scans of the film images with their final gallery.

 

04. what is your editing style?

 

My style of photography is true to color and embraces vintage aesthetics. I want my photos to feel classy, romantic, and a scene from my favorite books and movies. A lot of my inspiration comes from old Hollywood and the Regency era.

things to know

 

cancellation policy

Any cancellations that occur 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Also, not confirming with me, the photographer, verbally or in written form on the day of the shoot qualifies as a cancellation. I will reach out to clients for the confirmation but if there is no response then it will assumed that the shoot is cancelled. A client may reschedule their shoot in the event of cancellations or weather issues. There will be no cancellation fee if the shoot is rescheduled due to weather. If the client decided to reschedule, then they will pay the $50 cancellation fee along with the initial price of the shoot.

refunds /& reshoots

Refunds are only acceptable if there is an issue on the photographer's end. For example, a refund will be in order if there is an error with my equipment. No refunds will be granted once the client receives the full gallery. If the client has any concerns about their photos, they should do so upon receiving their sneak peek pictures. If a client wants to reshoot after receiving their full gallery, then they must contact me within 1 week of receiving their gallery.


image delivery

Clients will only receive the edited version of the images. No RAW images will be given out. The digital and film images are provided in an online gallery that is free to download. My online store is directly connected to the gallery and allows clients to purchase prints with ease.

travel fees

I love travel and exploring new places! Unfortunately, travel does not come without expenses. All shoots within 40 miles of  Indianapolis will not require a travel fee. After that, it is 50 cents per mile both ways. For example, if your event is 50 miles away from Indianapolis, then change the "quantity" on the brochure to 100. If a hotel is required, then the client is responsible for paying the lodging accommodations. I love traveling back to hometown, Milwaukee, for weddings! No hotels will be required for weddings booked in Milwaukee.
